This is a true and documented tale of ambitious Dirty
     Cops, greed, self preservation and betrayal in the world
     of Mercedes Benz Diagnostics.

It is also a tale of Clean Air and the Environment. MBUSA would rather accuse me of putting MB owners and others at risk than admit their own EPA Final Rule violation. It is also about how FBI and the U.S. Attorney's office would rather send business to China and me to prison. It's all about the Benjamins and the notches on the resumes.

As a preface to what you are about to read, please note that I was indicted THREE times for a total of NINE Felony charges! You should know that a synonym for felony is PRISON! At the end of the day , I was offered a Misdemeanor charge for selling ONE SDS after the July 2012 raid. Does that really make any sense? A total and complete waste of several million tax payer dollars.

Another fact that will shortly become relevant is that in the summer of 2019, German prosecutors fined Daimler (the parent company of MBUSA) a little south of ONE BILLION DOLLARS for violating Geman clean air standards. Daimler chose not to contest the fine.

This will be a true story of a 3 1/2 year long nightmare journey inside the Federal Criminal Justice system. If you believe that the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's office are actually there to protect American citizens, think again.
